Neighborhood Spotlight – Brykerwoods

Brykerwoods is located in a very desirable part of Houston. You can have it all in this neighborhood with the convenience of location, large homes with a yard and access to good schools in the Spring Branch School District.

As Spring Branch residents will happily inform you, German immigrant Karl Kolbe came to town and built a log cabin here near Buffalo Bayou in 1830, six years ahead of the Allen Brothers. But that’s just one source of local pride in Brykerwoods, directly east of Hilshire Village on the north side of the Katy Freeway.
